The «chimichurri» is used as a sauce and dressing for the Asado Argentino, choripán but it can also be used for other dishes such as fish, chicken, baked vegetables, potatoes and empanadas, among others. It can also be used as a marinade for meat before cooking. Easy to prepare and with a unique and special flavor, the chimichurri, wherever it is and whatever it is called, we cannot miss it.
Ingredients for a 14 oz (400 cc) container:
1- Fresh oregano 0.22 lb. (100 gr).
2- Ground chili 0.22 lb. (100 gr).
3- Lemon zest ¼ lemon.
4- Lemon juice 0.35 oz. (10 cc).
5- Salt 0.02 lb. (10 gr).
6- Ground black pepper 0.02 lb. (10 gr).
7- Wine vinegar 1.76 oz. (50 cc).
8- Sunflower oil 3.5 oz. (100 cc).
